GAH!

This laptop is about 15 months old and apparently the two thumb drive ports (there's a real name for them...) on the left have given up the ghost. DH got me a cordless mouse for Christmas and it was plugged in over there and one day just didn't work. Luckily, there's a port on the right, too, but just now I had to take out the mouse thingy so I could plug in my thumb drive and back up my work.
